    Lining is included by default with Hobbled shades only. For all other styles, you can add lining during customization.

  • Can I see the fabrics in person?

    Yes, we offer up to 10 free swatches per order with just a $3.99 shipping fee. If you need more than 10, please place a new order.

  • What about washing and caring?

    Installation & Operation

    Follow the provided instructions to install and operate your shades. Avoid disassembling or tampering with the lifting mechanism.


    Material & Color Variations

    Slight color variations between fabric samples, finished shades, and production batches are normal. Natural materials may also change subtly over time due to sunlight and environmental conditions.


    Care & Cleaning

    Our shades are not machine washable and should not be soaked or removed for washing. Gently dust the surface and follow the care instructions for your shade material.

  • Can I Request Custom Valances or Other Styles?

    Yes! If you have any special customization requests, including custom valances or styles beyond our listed options, please contact our customer support team to discuss the available options.
